01 · What this is

Tap a chip, log the moment

Tonight a few spots have a small sticker chip. When you do a key task — gate opened, crew fed, lot full, set changed — you tap it with your phone and answer one quick thing. By the end of the night it adds up to a clean record of how the event ran, so the next one runs smoother.

No app. No login. Five seconds. The phone in your pocket is all you need.

02 · How to tap

Three steps

1
Hold your phone to the chip
Top-back of the phone, on the sticker. A page opens by itself.
2
Answer the one question
It already knows which spot you're at. Tap your answer.
3
Add a note if needed
Only if something's off. Otherwise close it and carry on.
03 · Your spots tonight — try each one

Six chips, on what matters

Built around the three that make or break the night: people, parking, meals. Open your area, then scan the QR with another phone or hit “Try” to feel the exact tap before event day.

04 · Why we do it

The morning-after report

Every tap feeds one report David reads the next day — the thing he's never had:

👥
People flow
When the gate opened, peaked, cleared.
🅿️
Parking timeline
When the lot filled and when overflow hit.
🍽️
Meals
How many crew fed, and when — no more guessing.
🎤
Stage timing
Set changes and run-time against schedule.
🍺
Bar & supplies
Restocks and run-outs, so the next order is right.
05 · The series

This gets sharper each night

It runs across the whole season — every event teaches the next, building toward the November festival.

What we're testing tonight

Event 1 — keep it simple
  • First run: just the six chips above, nothing more.
  • Goal is one clean report by morning, not perfect coverage.
  • Tell us what felt clumsy — Event 2 fixes it.

This panel updates every event — by September it shows what each past night taught us.

A word on privacy

The chips log events, never people. No login, no name, no tracking of who tapped what. The record is about how the venue ran — never about you. By design, and it can't be changed.
